Biography: At Touchstone Bill is responsible for the entire lifecycle of a development project including land acquisition, feasibility, entitlements, development, construction, leasing and disposition. Bill brings more than 15+ years of asset managment, acquisition, disposition and development experience to the Touchstone team and a broad base of experience working on office, industrial and multi-family assets across the United States. Bill will join the highly experienced Touchstone team as they execute on seven existing development mandates in the Puget Sound, Portland and Denver markets adding to their successful track record executing on office, hotel and residential developments that include projects such as Press Blocks, Summit III, Troy Block, Tilt 49, Northedge and the Thompson Hotel. Touchstone is part of Urban Renaissance Group which was founded in 2006. URG is a Seattle based full-service real estate company engaged in acquisitions, development, asset management, leasing property management and ownership in Seattle / Bellevue, Portland and Denver. Prior to URG / Touchstone Bill worked at Talon Private Capital. During his tenure at Talon Bill bought and sold over $2 billion in real estate assets and managed assets totaling several billion dollars located primarily in the Puget Sound region. Bill also had responsiblity for sourcing acquisitions, managing assets and disposing of the assets upon execution of the property business plan. Bill had two primary mandates while at Talon. He worked on a team that managed, leased up and disposed of a 2.7 million square foot portfolio of 13 projects across the Puget Sound on behalf of an institutional partner. Additionally, he has led the entitlement, financing and development of a 1.2 million square foot mixed use development called Kirkland Urban that was successfully sold to Google in 2019.
