Adam Miller

Biography:

Adam is a Principal and Co-Founder of Balboa Retail Partners. Balboa was formed in 2011 as an operator and investor specializing exclusively in retail real estate. In 2015 Balboa closed its first discretionary retail real estate investment vehicle, Balboa Retail Fund I, LP, with $281mm of total commitments. Adam has over 21 years of retail investment, asset management and development experience. Prior to Balboa, Adam served as Managing Principal for Lubert-Adler Partners and was the co-head of the company’s Los Angeles office. From 1998-2001, he served as Vice President at Starwood Ceruzzi focusing on acquisitions and development activities. Prior to Starwood Ceruzzi, he worked at Greystone Realty Corp. and the Rubin Organization. Adam graduated with a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Member Directory
