Andrea McClure

Biography: Andrea (Dee) McClure is Managing Director of Walker & Dunlop. As one of the largest commercial real estate lenders in the United States, Walker & Dunlop is the #2 Fannie and #3 Freddie multifamily lender in the country originating over $27 billion annually. CWCapital merged into Walker & Dunlop in September 2012. Dee joined CWCapital's lending platform in 2005 and served as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager and a member of CW's Senior Management Team. She is responsible for all aspects of financing including structuring, origination, underwriting, closing and deal management. Prior to CWCapital, Ms. McClure served as Senior Vice President of M&T Realty Corporation from 1993 to 2005. A frequent panelist and speaker at many of the industry's core conferences, Ms. McClure has been featured and contributed to articles appearing in Apartment Finance Today, National Real Estate Investor and Multifamily Executive. She is Chair of ULI Multifamily Product Council's Blue Flight. She is also actively involved in the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) where she is a past Chair of the Multifamily Committee, Steering Committee and the FHA Insurance Subcommittee, addressing legislative, regulatory and policy issues affecting multifamily finance. She has been awarded the commercial Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation by the MBA.
