Biography: As leader of LEO A DALY’s Minneapolis studio, Cindy McCleary, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, is dedicated to finding new ways to collaborate and empower underrepresented voices, which she believes is key to exceptional design. An expert in visioning and consensus building, Cindy has focused her 20-year career on guiding and facilitating special interest groups, public sector clients and multiple stakeholders to realize strategically driven results. Her experience as a programmer and planner has earned her a reputation for advanced thinking and strategically-driven design processes.
