Biography:

David MacMillan is a Manager with the City of Toronto’s Environment & Climate Division, where he has focused on planning for low-carbon development and energy systems for nearly 10 years. He works closely with internal partners and the development industry to achieve net zero emissions buildings. Currently he is focused on delivering mass timber affordable housing and planning for large-scale renewable thermal energy projects. David holds a Master in Environmental Studies (Planning), from York University and is a graduate of the ULI Toronto's Curtner Urban Leadership Program. Member Directory
