David Mayhood

Biography: David R. Mayhood President The Mayhood Company David Mayhood established The Mayhood Company in December 1982 and serves as its president. Prior to that, he served as Vice-President, Director of Project Sales for Shannon & Luchs for ten years. He is recognized as a specialist in the on-site marketing and sales of multi-family residential projects. Since that time, The Mayhood Company has bee directly involved in the successful sales and marketing of over 100 condominium and townhome projects in the Washington Metropolitan area. A significant portion of the purchasing market for the communities are active seniors seeking to downsize their housing and/or retire in the Washington, DC area. The Mayhood Company is typically involved from the design process through the final sellout of the communities. In addition, the firm has been involved in the sales and marketing of projects in Pennsylvania, Colorado and Florida.
