Biography:
Mr. Minter has been involved in real estate development and finance for over 20 years. In 1987 he became Vice President of Culbro Homes in Connecticut, where he directed the investment analysis and master planning of 7 residential development sites totaling 1,360 homes. Thereafter, Mr. Minter joined MPC Associates, Inc. in Washington, D.C., where he served as a Development Consultant to George Washington University. He also served as the development consultant to Greater Hartford Homes, a non-profit, employerassisted housing consortium formed to provide affordable housing to the employees of five educational and medical institutions in Hartford, CT. In 1994 Mr. Minter became Vice President of the Urban Land Institute where he directed the Institute’s District Council and Product Council programs. He also directed the Advisory Services Program, taking select teams of real estate professionals on-site to advise cities, states, universities, and private developers on complex real estate and land use issues. In 1999, Mr. Minter joined UniDev, LLC as Executive Vice President and Director of UniDev West Coast operations and representative to California State University for the development of faculty and staff housing at the University’s Channel Islands campus. Mr. Minter currently resides in Honolulu, Hawaii and is President of UniDev Hawaii, LLC, directing the development of over 2,000 units of affordable workforce and senior housing units in the islands. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. He also became a member of Lambda Alpha International in 1997. He received a B.A. in Biology and Chemistry from MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Illinois, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Hartford in Connecticut. Member Directory  Arrow
