John Morsbach

Biography: Mr. Morsbach is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the firm’s Dallas office with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and sales. He is primarily responsible for originating individual and portfolio debt and equity transactions throughout the United States. During the course of his career with HFF, he has completed over $23 billion in commercial real estate transactions with particular focus on construction, portfolio and equity/joint venture transactions. Noteworthy transactions include the $1.1 Billion Crescent Office Portfolio sale, a joint venture equity raise and debt placement for the Victory Park project in Dallas, Texas, the $500 million debt placement for Blackstone/Meristar, and the $500 million debt placement for NorthPark Mall. Mr. Morsbach joined the firm in May 1998. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Lending Group with Guaranty Bank in Dallas, Texas.
