Josh McArtor

Biography: Josh McArtor, a top producing and successful real estate professional for over nineteen years, specializes in investment sales, sale lease-backs, and recapitalizations for his institutional clients. Throughout his real estate career has been involved in over $16 billion worth of real estate transactions including $14.5 billion of investment sales across the United States totaling over 300 million square feet.  Josh McArtor is known for his creative thinking and possesses unique and proven negotiating skills that allow clients to achieve the highest and best value for their investments, as proven by numerous repeat business nationally.  Prior to joining Eastdil Secured, Mr. McArtor was an Executive Vice President of CBRE’s National Partners where he focused on industrial investment sales on behalf of domestic pension funds and offshore investors. He was one of the leading investment sales professionals in the Sunbelt region and qualified for the Coldwell Circle Award (Top Producers) numerous years while at CBRE (2004 – 2016).   Mr. McArtor received a B.B.A, with honors, in Finance from the Abilene Christian University and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas.
