Katie Miller

Biography: Katie is the strategy and operations leader for EY's $1B+ real estate, hospitality and construction (RHC) sector. In her role, she supports the development and execution of EY's growth strategy for the real estate and infrastructure practices in the Americas. Her responsibilities include strategy development, operational management, solution development, account management, and capital allocation. Previous to her current role, Katie was a Senior Manager in EY’s Strategy and Transactions practice, focusing on the hospitality and leisure sector. She has over 12 years of transaction advisory experience, including buy- and sell-side transaction due diligence, valuation and appraisal review, and strategy assignments involving hospitality, resort, leisure and other real estate asset classes. Katie served as manager of Global Hospitality Insights, EY’s annual trends publication for the global hospitality industry, for six years. Katie received a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. She lives in Dallas with her husband and three kids.
