Biography:
Pankaj is a Vice President with Jacobs Global Buildings practice which provides Architecture, Engineering, Interiors, Planning, Consulting, Program Management and Construction Management services comprising more than 2,500 people in the U.S. and 7,500 people globally. His focus areas include Facilities Strategy, Asset Management, Planning, A/E Services, and Program Management of large technically complex projects for Corporate, Government, and Institutional clients. Jacobs is a U.S.-based company providing professional and technical services with over 75,000 employees and 170 offices in more than 28 countries. Pankaj has held various leadership positions at Jacobs during his fifteen year tenure. In his current role, Pankaj leads the business development and marketing team with a focus on Corporate/Commercial, Mission Critical, Health & Research, Education, Aviation, Federal Civilian & DoD and State & Local market sectors. He previously worked at HOK where he focused on Facilities Planning, Workplace Strategy, and A/E Design for Corporate and Technology sector clients. Pankaj's diverse background allows him to engage with clients at a strategic level and assist in the development of their capital improvement programs which align their facilities needs with mission and long-term business objectives. His special interest areas include strategy development, integrated design, total cost of ownership and high performance buildings. Pankaj is a member of CoreNet Global, Urban Land Institute (ULI), American Institute of Architects (AIA), American Planning Association (APA), American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Federal Planning Division (FPD) and Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). He currently serves on the Society of American Military Engineers Asset Management Committee and the Board of Governors for the University of Michigan Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning.
