His background in both physical design and planning has enabled him to create highly marketable communities where people can live, work and recreate. His work embraces the principle that people must connect to their surrounding environment, built or natural. Recent projects include Renovation of Downtown McKinney’s Historic Square; Streetscape and Urban Design Standards for Lakeside at Frisco Bridges, a mixed-use development based on pedestrian mobility; and traditional neighborhood developments of Hometown in North Richland Hills, Cappella Park in Dallas, and Mills Branch Overlay District in Lancaster. Currently, he is working on the Twenty One Oaks in Southlake, Texas -- a 50-acre mixed-use development combining Urban Design Standards and sustainable development techniques.
