Matt Maglothin

Biography:

Matt is Chief Investment Officer at i3, a real estate investment and development company based in Houston, Texas where he plays in an integral role in development and capital markets. He has been involved in the ownership and development of over $300 million in multifamily, commercial, mixed-use and public-private-partnership projects throughout the course of his career. Prior to joining i3, Matt worked as a developer at Allen Harrison Company, a privately held multifamily investment firm. At Allen Harrison Company, Matt oversaw numerous developments, secured debt and equity for new construction projects and sourced sites in Texas, California, and Arizona. Matt holds a Master of Real Estate and BBA in Finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Member Directory
