Paula Munger

Biography: Paula Munger is the AVP of Industry Research and Analysis for the National Apartment Association and is responsible for leading research efforts on topics of importance to the industry. She gathers, analyzes and synthesizes data and information to arrive at the most meaningful and relevant insights. Paula’s research aids NAA members in their business initiatives, as well as NAA advocacy and public relations efforts. Her background includes positions at the Federal Reserve System, Cushman & Wakefield, the University of New Orleans Real Estate Research Center and the New York City Office of Management and Budget. Paula is a member of the National Association for Business Economics, The Counselors of Real Estate® and the Urban Land Institute, where she served on the Housing Initiative Council for the Washington, D.C. chapter.
