Peg Moertl

Biography: Grovedale Consulting offers services in community economic development and affordable housing finance, policy and strategy to developers, nonprofit organizations and communities. I served as President/CEO of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing from 2/2019-10/2020. This followed a stint as President/CEO of HCDC, Inc., 15 years in Community Development Banking with PNC Bank and three years as development director of the City of Cincinnati. I have been a ULI member for over 20 years, served on the WLI and Cincinnati District Advisory Board for a number of years, including currently, and now lead our DEI initiative.
