Peter McEneaney

Biography: Experienced real estate executive responsible for acquisitions, development, and construction across Thor Equities portfolio in New York, Chicago, Miami, Nashville and North Carolina. This portfolio includes projects of all asset classes and project types - Retail, Office, Industrial, Life Science, Hotel, & Residential. Recent focus has been on executing office + retail projects in both Miami and Chicago where he is responsible for active development of approximately 1.5M square feet and over $500M in total project costs. Peter began his career as a Project Manager working with Cauldwell Wingate where he was responsible for construction project management and took part in all aspects of pre-construction, value engineering, contract negotiation, and execution of projects for clients. While at CW, Peter worked on the renovation of The Brooklyn Museum, the construction of the Arrhythmia Institute at St. Luke’s Hospital, and a Brooklyn heights condominium project. Peter graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and received his Master’s of Science in Real Estate Finance from NYU Schack. He is an active member with ULI NY and serves nationally on the ULI Redevelopment and Reuse product council.
