Biography:

Rameez Munawar is a Vice President of Asset Management at Jamestown. Mr. Munawar is primarily focused on Washington D.C. assets. Since joining Jamestown in 2021, he has managed office, retail, and multifamily assets in Capitol Hill and Georgetown. Prior to Jamestown, he was an Investment Associate at Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners where he was involved in oversight of sponsored investments with CalStrs/Blackrock and worked on development services for third-party institutional clients including KIPP Public Charter Schools. Mr. Munawar is an active member of ULI and a two-time winner of the ULI-Hines Competition. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Real Estate Development, both from the University of Maryland, College Park. Member Directory
