Biography:

Ramsey March is Executive Managing Director and Partner in Stream’s Dallas/Ft. Worth office where he is responsible for the company’s office development and acquisition activities. Ramsey possesses 21 years of industry experience which includes participation in development, capital markets, and leasing transactions totaling $4.3 billion in value. Under his guidance, Stream’s DFW development group has executed projects representing $565 million in value since 2018. Prior to joining Stream, Ramsey spent eight years in New York with Rockwood Real Estate Advisors as an executive where he arranged capital market transactions throughout the United States. He began his career in Dallas as a financial analyst in the Archon Group’s loan workout and asset management team. Ramsey is a graduate of Baylor University where he received a BBA in Finance and Columbia University where he received an MS in Real Estate Development. He and his wife, Haley, reside in Dallas with their three children and enthusiastically support International Justice Mission, Advocates for Community Transformation (ACT), Genesis Women’s Shelter, Art House Dallas, the Baylor School of Nursing and Providence Christian School.
