Richard Mildner
Biography: Richard “Rick” Mildner is founder and Managing Director of RAM Real Estate Advisors LLC, a consulting and advisory firm that provides services in the areas of: • Acquisition Analysis & Underwriting • Asset Management • Asset Positioning and Re-positioning • Vertical Product Planning & Programming • Operations Evaluation • Marketing and Sales Plan Evaluation and Preparation. Equity Funding Rick brings over 30 years of real estate development and homebuilding experience to his clients, including senior level positions at major master planned community developers and ownership positions at smaller firms. Before RAM, Rick served as SVP for IHP Capital Partners and SVP-Residential for Crescent Resources LLC, where he was responsible for 8 active communities, 7 golf courses, 4 assets in the predevelopment planning process and 12 non-core assets offered for sale. Prior to that, Rick served as COO for Douglasville Development LLC, the developer of Tributary at New Manchester, an innovative 1600 acre mixed use master planned community planned for 2000 SF and 600 MF units along with up to 300,000 SF mixed use and up to 8 MSF of office and industrial uses.. From 1998-2003, Rick served as SVP-Southeast Region for Terrabrook, a leading developer of master planned communities with over 50 assets across the US. The southeast region included Florida, Georgia and the Caribbean, with up to 15 assets in active operation at any one time. Rick earned an MBA at Stanford University and a BA at Davidson College. Rick served in the US Navy and left the service as a Lieutenant. Rick is active on the local chapter and national levels of the Urban Land Institute and has served as the past Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida and Inner Harbour, a non profit residential treatment facility for severely disturbed children in
