Robert Morgan

Biography:
Robert Morgan is President of Homes Urban, leading the day-to-day activities of the company while also guiding growth and new opportunities. Active in the multifamily industry since 2004, Robert has full cycle development experience in all product types of conventional multifamily housing, for-sale residential, age-restricted apartments, and affordable housing. Robert is also the Founder and Managing Member of RLM Development. Robert’s career prior to Homes Urban has included tenure at industry leaders Terwilliger Pappas, Greystar, and Trammell Crow Residential (TCR). Market experience encompasses Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture/Design from Clemson University. He holds dual master’s degrees in Real Estate Development and Architecture and earned a certificate in Urban Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Robert has been active in numerous academic, philanthropic, and professional groups over the years, including recently serving as President of the Clemson Architectural Foundation (CAF), District Council Chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) South Carolina, and serving as a member of the Clemson University Foundation (CUF) Board of Directors.
