Thomas McKay

Biography: As Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer, Tom McKay manages new property acquisition and business operations for NASH’s property portfolio across the United States, including multifamily, mixed-use, and master planned communities. He also managed Sekisui House’s acquisition of Woodside Homes and served on Woodside Homes’ Board of Directors. North America Sekisui House (NASH) (www.nashcommunities.com) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SEKISUI HOUSE, LTD., one of Japan’s largest homebuilders. NASH invests in land opportunities and develops environmentally sound projects based on long-held traditions of maintaining ecological balance and sustaining asset appreciation. McKay brings over thirty years of experience in all aspects of the real estate development business. Prior to joining NASH he worked for local and regional developers based in the Mid-Atlantic region.
