William Mealor

Biography: Since joining Patterson in the summer of 2010, Bill has structured equity and debt placements for over 250 transactions totaling in excess of $4 billion in capital raised. He has been a partner in the firm since 2016. Bill also has been involved in providing strategic real estate counsel to universities, family offices, and corporations on a consultative basis. In addition to leading transactional execution and client relationships, Bill provides operational oversight and assists in formulating and implementing strategic initiatives for the company. Prior to joining Patterson, Bill was Director of Acquisitions for an Atlanta-based private equity group where he sourced and led underwriting and due diligence efforts on fee simple acquisitions and loans secured by real estate assets. Prior to that, he worked at Parkway Properties (NYSE: PKY). Bill’s efforts at Parkway were focused primarily on the management and leasing of buildings acquired through a discretionary fund. Bill began his career at Cambridge Associates, an investment consulting firm located in Washington, D.C.
