Casey Nolan
Biography: Since starting with Clark Construction Group in 1997, Mr. Nolan has led numerous development efforts and been involved with 6 million SF of residential and commercial projects. As a managing director of CRC, his experience includes site acquisition, entitlements, financing, development, and asset management of multifamily projects in Arlington and the DC region, as well as leadership of CRC’s largest public-private partnership in the Washington, DC area. In his tenure, the 2,100- home, 18-phase Fort Belvoir P3 project won over 40 design awards for excellence in mixed-use design, new urbanism, sustainability and historic preservation, and for the first-ever Town Center as well as first-ever LEED Platinum building on a Department of Defense installation. Awards have been received from the White House, Congress of New Urbanism, International Council of Shopping Centers, American Planning Association, and National Association of Homebuilders. Mr. Nolan and the project have been featured by Time Magazine, National Public Radio, the New York Times for innovations in mixed use development, new urbanism, and handicap accessible housing for Wounded Warriors and their families. Mr. Nolan received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard University.
