David Nadge

Biography: David Nadge joined SIGNA Innovations in October 2018 and works as Senior Innovation Manager. SIGNA Innovations invests in innovative ideas, platforms and business models related to real estate and benefits both from tech solutions and from usage and service models that not only offer interesting returns but also make SIGNA an innovation leader. David is driving SIGNA´s innovation ambitions and cultural change, by piloting, testing and developing products and services of portfolio companies. David started his career at PwC as a Management Consultant for the real estate sector, advising clients with regards to strategy and operations. He gained experience in managing projects for digital transformation, as well as process optimization and business model development. He holds a BSc in Management & Economics from the University of Innsbruck and a MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading.
