Kelly Nagel
Biography: Kelly Nagel is an executive advisor and leadership coach who helps high-performing leaders and organizations navigate inflection points with clarity, confidence, and command. As the founder of Residy, she draws on over two decades of experience spanning real estate investment, development strategy, and organizational leadership. Her work sits at the intersection of business and human potential — supporting senior executives, boards, and founders in leading with grounded intention and aligned momentum. A trusted partner to institutions and individuals, Kelly guides clients through growth, transition, and transformation. Her approach blends strategic precision with intuitive depth, rooted in structure, shaped by insight, and centered on alignment that endures. In addition to her advisory and coaching work, Kelly teaches real estate finance at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and chairs multiple industry and academic boards, including ULI’s Urban Development & Mixed-Use Product Council (UDMUC Bronze) and UNC Kenan-Flagler’s Wood Center Advisory Board. She is also a ULI Trustee and the former Americas Chair of ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI). Kelly holds an MBA in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS from Washington & Lee University, where she remains actively engaged in mentoring and alumni initiatives that advance leadership and real estate education. Her cross-sector experience — spanning private firms, institutional platforms, and academia — gives her a rare ability to bridge strategy and empathy. She translates complex organizational dynamics into clear, actionable pathways for growth. At her core, Kelly believes leadership is an evolution, not a performance. She helps clients return to their center, reconnect with purpose, and lead from within — because when leaders are aligned, everything else follows.
