Biography: Lisa Neumayer’s breakout success began in 2015 when she earned the top spot in Gallagher’s newly launched national hiring program designed to target out-of-industry executives and address the growing industry-wide shortage of sales-minded professionals. Recognizing the advantage that came with an entirely new perspective of risk management, she leveraged this unique point of view to establish her position as an influential woman in the insurance and real estate community. By challenging conventional wisdom and pushing industry standards, Lisa has developed a specialized process for risk evaluation, data integrity verification, and quantification to strategically produce the most competitive results in the industry. Her keen sense for balancing risk retention and transfer guides her clients through ways that unlock and deploy capital to primary stakeholders in her programs. Using years of experience and technical education advanced by her dedication to mastering the real estate and development niche, she consistently identifies cost savings while implementing proven solutions-oriented strategies to deliver the most competitive results across national property portfolios valued from $150M+ and development deals with construction values passing $1B+. As an enthusiastic participant in industry panel discussions and at speaking events, Lisa has the opportunity to engage with market leaders in front of audiences of 300 – 500 attendees and uses these forums to provide thought-provoking questions and share industry insights to help establish a strong and credible reputation amongst a robust network of industry leaders. In 2021, Lisa left Arthur J. Gallagher to start her own boutique insurance firm, Ivy Risk Strategies where she focuses on furthering her personal mission to make the insurance buying process less painful and more (yes) enjoyable.
