Michael Nagin

Biography: Michael Nagin is a Managing Director at Bellwether, where he is responsible for overseeing debt asset management across multiple client portfolios. Mr. Nagin has 25+ year as both a lender and equity investor across all major asset classes and risk profiles. Over this period, Mr. Nagin has closed over $5bn of real estate investments, with responsibilities ranging from analyzing, sourcing, and structuring transactions, to asset management and business development. Prior to joining Bellwether in 2024, Mr. Nagin was an Executive Director at JP Morgan Chase in the Real Estate Banking office in Los Angeles, where he developed and managed banking relationships with institutional commercial real estate investment companies and funds throughout the region. Prior to that, Mr. Nagin,, Gramercy Capital Corp., PCCP and Canyon Partners. In addition, Mr. Nagin serves on the Board of Economic Resources Corporation, is a 10-year member of ULI's Industrial and Office Property Council, and sits on planning committees for the real estate divisions of City of Hope and Make-a-Wish. Mr. Nagin holds a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University.
