Peter Nichol
Biography: Peter is responsible for financing affordable multifamily housing with a focus on Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA lending, construction lending and bridge financing among other Merchants Capital products. Peter has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience focused on affordable multifamily development and finance. Prior to joining Merchants Capital, Peter worked in affordable housing development as the director of affordable housing for The Reliant Group, Inc. and as an affordable housing developer at BRIDGE Housing Corporation and The Community Builders, Inc. His previous multifamily finance experience includes seven years at Centerline Capital Group and its successor companies.
