Biography: Tori is a Principal for Anchor Cleveland, an industry leader that specializes in national retail real estate solutions and commercial brokerage services. With twenty-two years of experience representing predominant national retailers, restaurants, landlords, and developers, Tori has expert market knowledge in the tenant representation approval process by coordinating the site selection, strategic planning, LOI negotiation, and site packaging. Tori has nationwide relationships with restaurants, retail tenants, shopping center landlords, and developers. Tori's real estate career has been distinguished by her long-term exclusive relationships and high production of multi-state tenant representation, shopping center leasing, and land sales. Tori closed on over $70 Million Dollars in deals in 2021. Tori’s experience not only enhances the services Anchor provides to their clients, but helps to develop and nurture long-term relationships. Tori exclusively represents national and regional retailers and restaurants such as: Dollar Tree Stores, Family Dollar, WellNow, Covelli Enterprises dba Panera Bread, Covelli Enterprises dba O'Charley's Restaurants, Petsmart, Wahlburgers, Bath & Body Works, Urban Air, SKECHERS, and Lands End. Tori is a proud graduate of John Carroll University Boler School of Business. Tori was recognized as a part of the 2017 Crain's Cleveland Business Top 40 under 40 class. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Ohio and also member of the Ohio International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
