George Ochs

Biography: George L. Ochs has joined the Executive Management team of Western National Properties (WNP) as Chief Marketing Officer. He will be responsible for securing real estate investment capital for the company, coordinating the firm’s strategic marketing to corporate and public pension funds, endowments, foundations and high net worth investors. While he is working to expand the investor base he has the responsibility for maintaining close relationships with the current investor group. Mr. Ochs brings over 35 years of experience in the institutional real estate industry to WNP, with lengthy service across the development, asset and portfolio management areas, as well as deep experience as a business development professional. For the last 26 years Mr. Ochs held senior management positions at Prudential Insurance with his last 19 years being with JP Morgan. Mr. Ochs holds an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado, Denver, and holds series 7 & 63 securities licenses. Industry participation includes membership in IREI, PREA and the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Ochs also serves as a Trustee for the Pension Boards of the United Church of Christ, and as a Trustee for Antioch University Los Angeles.
