Justin Olear

Biography: Olear joined Regal Builders in 2013 while completing his B.S. Degree in Architectural Studies & Construction, and earned his M.S. Degree in Construction Management in 2014 from Philadelphia University. Construction is Justin’s passion: “Working on a design is awesome, but I love construction even more. To work with clients on paper and then walk with them through the finished home is an incredibly satisfying experience for me. When a buyer has a dream, we work hard to make it happen. He likes to learn something new every day, and appreciates the guidance from his mentors, Harry Miller III, and his father. “My dad, a self-employed custom carpenter, who makes the most beautifully constructed pieces of furniture and so much more, taught me that everything takes patience. It may not come easy, but it will come in time.” Justin lives in Wilmington, where he currently serves as President of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Delaware. He is also a member of ULI's LRDC (Lifestyle Residential Development Council) , and of NAHB’s 55+ Housing Industry Council.
