Todd Ochsner Biography Summary for ULI Full Membership Name: Todd Ochsner Company: Denscty Collective Title: Curator - Cultivator Summary of Work Experience and Accomplishments Since 2006, Todd Ochsner has been a driving force behind the success of Destination Resort, and Master Planned Communities throughout North America by developing innovative, strategic paradigms for online advertising, mobile marketing, website development, search marketing and performance analytics - each tailored to the residential real estate business. In 2009, Mr. Ochsner led the initiative to secure and handle the full portfolio digital marketing services for Newland Communities, the nation’s largest private developer of master-planned communities. Mr. Ochsner's prior experience includes account management positions at Roni Hicks, Young & Rubicam and McCann Erickson serving national brands including Toshiba, Pizza Hut, Nortel, Ford Motor Company, Texas Instruments, Sara Lee and Playground Destination Properties. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Colorado State University. Mr. Ochsner also worked in Canada for 11 years handling the Ford Motor Company, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo and various other accounts at Young & Rubicam/ Canada. Member Directory
