Prior experience included: o Advising owners on the development and reuse potential of their underutilized and surplus real estate assets; o Preparing and executing disposition strategies for unlocking the value in the properties; o Recommending deal structures and facilitating negotiations that culminated in the timely and successful completion of transactions. EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS Mr. Pollock earned a MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College. He is a member of Lambda Alpha International and the Urban Land Institute. He is a licensed real estate broker in the states of California and Washington.
