Brian Purcell

Biography:
As a Partner at Asana Partners, Brian Purcell has overall responsibility for the firm’s investment activities. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and chairs the Investment Committee. Brian has over eighteen years of commercial real estate and private equity experience across acquisitions, dispositions, development, joint ventures, portfolio management, asset management, and leasing. Prior to joining Asana Partners in 2015, Brian was a Director of Asset & Portfolio Management at USAA Real Estate Company (now Affinius Capital), where he oversaw a portfolio of office, hospitality, and mixed-use assets. Prior to USAA, he worked in the retail and office sectors at Lincoln Harris and began his career at CBRE. Brian serves on the Advisory Board of the Wood Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of North Carolina and the Advisory Council of the Texas McCombs Real Estate Center at the University of Texas. He serves as an adjunct professor for various courses at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. Brian earned a Master of Business Administration with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College. Member Directory  Arrow
