Biography:
March 2013 David S. Pandoli is a land planner and principal at Woolpert Inc., a 700 person international A/E firm. He is responsible for Large Scale Master Planning services for the SE division of the firms Planning and Development service line. He has extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary design teams, directing these design teams in the preparation and implementation of large scale master planning efforts. Mr. Pandoli's responsibilities include directing the firms Hospitality planning and development practice areas.. He also has experience with Community development projects, Recreation and Resort development projects and Mixed Use planning and development projects. He has completed numerous design and construction projects in the SE United States and the Caribbean as well as several international assignments in the Middle East. He has over thirty-three years of experience in representing development clients providing a wide range of product deliverables and services. Mr. Pandoli is an active member of ULI, having served on multiple ULI advisory services panels, and project analysis sessions. He is a past member of the Small Scale Development Council, has serves on the Community Development Council and currently is a member of the Recreational Design Council. He is also an active member of NAIOP, the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA), the Construction Specifiers Institute (CSI), and the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA). Prior to joining Woolpert, Mr. Pandoli served as the Assistant Director of Planning and Development for the City of Sunrise, Florida, where he was responsible for design and implementation of the five year City wide $ 150-million Capital Improvement Program. Mr. Pandoli is a past vice-president of Edward D. Stone Jr. and Associates (EDSA) where he managed multiple large-scale recreational and resort projects throughout the Caribbean over a fifteen year period. He is a graduate of Ohio State University, where he received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture. Member Directory  Arrow
