Frank Petz

Biography: Current Responsibilities Frank Petz is the team leader for the Colliers Capital Markets business for New England. His deep experience across investment sales, debt finance and equity placement has given the team the opportunity to broaden its Capital Markets presence throughout the region – covering various product types including office, lab, industrial, retail, land and multifamily. Experience Prior to joining Colliers, Frank built and led the overall Capital Markets business at JLL in Boston, And his brokerage career included roles as a director of capital markets activity at both Eastdil and CBRE. While his expertise is the result of over 32 years of real estate capital markets experience, the foundation was established in 15 years as a principal at AEW Capital Management. Education Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
