Gary Phillips

Biography: Gary is a Managing Director at Eastdil Secured based in New York. Prior to joining the firm, Gary spent eight years at Allianz Real Estate within the Americas, where he oversaw all facets of the equity originations business including all direct acquisitions, joint venture programs, and fund investments. Prior to joining Allianz, Gary spent eight years at Clarion Partners as a member of its acquisitions team, and he started his real estate career at Deutsche Bank / RREEF in 2000 as a member of its research team. Gary holds a B.B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University.
