James Pollak

Biography: James M. Pollak Owner James Pollack Company In 1985 Mr. Pollack established the James Pollack Company, an investment real estate and consulting firm. He had been founder and chief executive officer of Christiana Investment Realty, an industrial and commercial development company, prior to which he managed the real estate investment bank of Banco Nacional de Mexico. Mr. Pollack was a director and chairman of several of the Meridian Point Real Estate Trusts prior to their consolidation in to Meridian Industrial Trust (New York Stock Exchange) of which he was a founding director. He serves on the adjunct faculty of the College of Business at Montana State University as well as teaching small business management seminars in Spanish for Santa Barbara City College.
