Jami Passer

Biography: With extensive real estate experience and transactional expertise, as Chief Investment Officer, Jami Passer is responsible for EDENS’ core portfolio, while developing and executing the growth strategy. Throughout her 17 years at EDENS, Jami has been responsible for more than $3 billion of transactions. During her time as Managing Director, she was responsible for all development, leasing and acquisition activities in the Florida region, and was instrumental in identifying exceptional acquisition opportunities in South Florida’s high barrier-to-entry market. Previously, she was a Managing Director in the Real Estate Capital Markets Group of Andersen Corporate Finance. Jami received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. She serves on the Steering Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers South Florida Idea Exchange.
