Initiated and managed the development or preservation of over 2000 units of low, moderate and market-rate housing in over 25 projects, many in conjunction with local community groups. Activities include arranging site acquisition, design, finance, public approvals, construction oversight, marketing, and overall project management. . Worked with participating cities to build or support public- private partnerships for affordable housing. Education: Harvard University, John F.
