Nathalie Palladitcheff
Biography: With a track record of more than 30 years in finance and international commercial real estate, Nathalie Palladitcheff has been fully committed to this industry and is often asked to speak on market trends as well as on her sustainable investment convictions. She was President and Chief Executive Officer of Ivanhoé Cambridge between 2019 and April 2024 based in Montreal and thus responsible for ensuring the Company's growth and evolution as well as an optimal long-term return on Quebecers’ assets, while having a positive impact on the communities where the Company invests. She undertook a transformation of the portfolio to bring the Company to a new stage of its development with an emphasis on innovation and diversification. Her achievements include the development of an engaging corporate social responsibility strategy that includes ensuring the international portfolio is carbon neutral by 2040. She was member of the Real Estate Roundtable in Washington DC, chair of the Canadian commercial real estate association Realpac and co-chair of the real estate group of the World Economic Forum. After starting her career in finance with PWC and Banque Française Commerciale (Crédit Agricole group), based in the Indian Ocean, Ms. Palladitcheff worked for 15 years in various areas of real estate investment, development, and services mostly for public European companies, SFL, Dolmea Real Estate (Axa Group) and Icade. Ms. Palladitcheff is Chair of Frey’s Mission Committee and member of the ULI global board. She supports the work of Montreal children hospital Sainte-Justine Foundation and sits on its board of directors. She has led a number of fundraising campaigns for philanthropic causes that benefit Quebec communities. Ms. Palladitcheff is a graduate of the Burgundy Business school. She was made a Chevalier of France’s Ordre national du mérite in France and received many awards globally for her leadership in the real estate industry.
