Biography:
Nate first joined NorthMarq in April 2002 as an Investment Analyst in the San Francisco office. Prior to going into production he worked in the acquisition group of a real estate private equity firm sourcing and underwriting JV equity, mezzanine, and preferred equity transactions. At NorthMarq, Nate specializes in equity financing for national real estate developers and owners. Additionally, he focuses on traditional first mortgage and structured debt financing of all property types. Since his full-time transition to production Nate has already closed over $750 million of debt and equity business and has strong relationships with many repeat institutional capital sources (both debt and equity). Nate is a past president of The Bay Area Mortgage Association (BAMA), and a member of ULI, NMHC, as well as several other local and national real estate organizations.
