Paul Peninger

Biography:
Paul Peninger is an urban economics consultant specializing in housing policy, development feasibility analysis and real estate transaction support. A recognized housing policy expert, Paul has successfully led affordable and workforce housing plans, implementation projects and policy studies for both large and small jurisdictions across the country. In addition to housing, Paul specializes in real estate feasibility analysis and finance spanning the full range of land use and development types. In addition to his professional practice as an urban economist, Paul has is an appointed lecturer in urban economics and real estate market analysis for the MUD and MRED+D programs at UC Berkeley.
