Perry Pinto

Biography: Perry M. Pinto, CFA – Chief Investment Officer - Greenlaw Partners, L.L.C. Mr. Pinto directs the acquisition efforts for Greenlaw Partners (“GP”) throughout the United States. GP continues its focus on industrial, multifamily and office acquisitions on behalf of institutional investors, high-net worth partners and for GP's own account. He is a member of the firm's Investment Committee. In addition, Mr. Pinto assists in the firm's entitlement and land development activities across the US. Prior to joining GP, Mr. Pinto was a Senior Principal and Managing Director/CIO of Walton Street Capital ("WSC") where he helped oversee all of the global acquisition activities of the firm and was a member of the firm's Global Equity and Debt Investment Committees. Mr. Pinto was a founding member of WSC. In his career at GP/WSC, Mr. Pinto has acquired or oversaw the acquisition of over $15 billion of assets in every sector of commercial real estate in every major geographic market of the United States. Prior to helping found WSC, Mr. Pinto was an associate with JMB Realty Corporation. Mr. Pinto earned a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan in 1992 and he is a CFA Charterholder.
