Peter Pillman

Biography: Peter Pillman holds degrees in both Environmental Studies and Architecture, which is the foundation to his more than 30 years of widespread experience as an Architect in the design and master planning of both urban and resort projects. This breadth of knowledge and experience is a key factor in his level of comfort working in the multi-disciplined environment of land use planning and design for both urban and resort planning. Peter has been producing master plans and designs based on the key principles of the complete hospitality experience. Peter has a very strong sense of hospitality focused design, balancing exceptional guest experience with iconic and resource efficient designs resulting in exception value for owners and operators. Peter provided leadership as the global hospitality leader at IBI Group/Arcadis. Peter has joined Ohana Real Estate Investors as the Director of Architecture where he provides senior leadership experience to the architecture and design teams as well as participating with firm leadership on the review of potential projects for Ohana investment or development participation.
