Puja Peruto

Biography: Puja leads the Philadelphia office for Quaker Lane Capital and has 20 years of experience in real estate transactions and advisory providing a depth of execution capability on transactions, operations, strategy, and asset management. Quaker Lane a commercial real estate investment and development firm with offices in Boston and Philadelphia and is proud to be a Massachusetts-certified and Philadelphia-certified Minority Business Enterprise whose services affiliate also carries an SBA 8(a) minority certification. Prior to becoming a Principal at Quaker Lane Capital, Puja lead operations at a real estate private equity firm with investments in office, multi-family, retail and R&D investments, and co-managed the Philadelphia office for Ernst & Young’s Transaction Real Estate group. After spending her youth living in New York, India, Los Angeles and Honolulu, Puja came to Philadelphia to attend the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and stayed to raise her three children in Philadelphia. She co-chairs ULI’s Philadelphia Health and Life Sciences Council, sits on ULI’s University Development and Innovation Council and serves the community through a board position with Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region.
