Robert Pell

Biography: In 2024 I will be a consultant to Hatch and other companies under the label "Unlocking City Futures". I am also a Visiting Fellow at the Growth Lab in the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. I spent 2023 as a Fellow in Harvards Advanced Leadership Initiative, working on how Cities and communities can get better access to expertise to inform decision about climate change, urbanization, shelter and economic development. For the previous seven years I led Hatch's Global Urban Solutions practice with staff in US, Canada, UK, Australia and S Africa. We focus on public and private sector clients in Urban areas facing demographic, technology, economic and climate change. I was previously EVP of AECOM's Building & Places team in Americas and held several senior corporate roles in AECOM.
