Biography:
Scott Payette has more than twenty-five years of experience in all aspects of architectural practice. Scott has contributed to a number of award-winning projects. He is a recognized leader in architectural and sustainable design. Scott has valuable expertise in high-performance buildings, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, and sustainable design. Here his credits include a collaboration with Behnisch, Behnisch and Partner on design of the innovative Genzyme Center in Cambridge, and more recently the design of Boston Neighborhood Network’s Charles J. Beard II Media Center in Roxbury, a conversion of an MBTA substation into a state-of-the-art television station and media lab. He has worked on projects which have earned LEED Silver and LEED Platinum ratings. He is licensed in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and NCARB-registered.
