Biography: Stacy Patton Real Estate Director/Deal Maker BIO Stacy Patton is the Real Estate Director for MCP Foundation. A non-profit focused on improving transportation mobility while producing exciting and memorable open space experiences. This undertaking envisions a place that enhances economic viability, increases safety and security, providing a living legacy for anchor institutions. Stacy Patton previously served as the Vice President, Real Estate and Asset Management Director at Atlanta BeltLine, Inc., the organization planning and executing the implementation of the Atlanta Beltline. The Atlanta BeltLine is an urban redevelopment project that, when complete, will provide a network of public parks, multi-use trails, transit, public art and affordable housing along a historic 22-mile railroad corridor encircling downtown Atlanta. Stacy oversaw all real estate related activities for the Atlanta Beltline’s 6,000+ acre project footprint included Corridor acquisition of the 60 million TSLOST funds. The Atlanta BeltLine continues to have a tremendous economic impact on the Atlanta region and will set a national standard for transformative investment, sustainable growth, and equitable development. Prior to joining ABI, Stacy was Managing Director, Development with Minerva USA where she was responsible for land acquisition, planning, design, entitlement and project management for ventures ranging from 10 to 2,000 residential units in both suburban and urban infill markets. Stacy maintained fiscal stewardship of multi-million dollar annual budgets and was the lead project negotiator with land owners, federal, state and local authorities, as well as community/neighborhood associations and adjacent land owners within each community. Additionally, it was her role to initiate and negotiate permits including 404, Nationwide, Brownfield, Zoning and Preliminary Plat to Land Disturbance/Building Permits.
