Biography: David Quart is VHB's Northeast Regional Real Estate Market Leader based in the New York City office. He joined VHB In 2018 following nearly 14 years in New York City government. As part of this growing company, he is leading and expanding VHB’s integrated real estate services practice and capabilities throughout the New York metropolitan area.
